General Purpose
RxLogix Corporation is a niche multinational software company headquartered in Princeton, NJ, USA. We have multiple offices present across US, Europe, Japan and India. RxLogix’s enterprise software applications are used by world’s Top 10 pharma companies like Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, etc.
RxLogix is seeking experienced Technical Project Management, SaaS implementation, or enterprise software delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new SaaS clients, including environment provisioning, setup, and coordination of technical activities.
- Gather customer requirements, define onboarding plans, and drive project timelines to successful completion.
- Coordinate secure connectivity setup (VPN, SFTP, HTTPS, firewall rules) and validate data exchange between client systems and the SaaS platform.
- Support identity integrations including LDAP/LDAPS, SSO (SAML/OIDC/OAuth), and Microsoft Graph API for user and group synchronization.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between Engineering, Dev Ops, Cloud Ops, Support, and client teams.
- Conduct regular client meetings, provide status updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep implementation on track.
- Document technical configurations, onboarding activities, and handover materials for support teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal security, data protection, and regulatory standards.
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, SaaS implementation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Strong understanding of cloud-hosted applications (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with identity integrations including LDAP, Entra /Azure AD, SSO (SAML/OIDC), and Microsoft Graph API.
- Familiarity with networking (DNS, TLS, VPN), APIs (REST/SOAP), and secure file transfer methods.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
