Description:

Sr. Technical lead or Technical Architect of the Salesforce program responsible for designing and architecting the overall technical solution, hands‑on development as needed, coordination with global teams, supporting the user training, UAT and deployment.

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform Developer II
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects. A minimum of 7 years of experience in implementation of Salesforce projects
• A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
• Proficient with Salesforce automation and customization tools, especially Visualforce, Lightning Aura components, experience in LWC is good to have, SOAP and REST APIs, workflow rules, approval processes, process builder and flow, Apex triggers, Apex classes, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, Apex tests, Apex email services, SOQL
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and proficient in building custom applications on the platform
• Experiencing in Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP API. Should be able to integrate external, third‑party systems with Salesforce using web services
• Excellent client‑facing and good communication skills. Conducting business process review
• Onshore‑Offshore coordination
