We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the development of modern, scalable software solutions that power automation, AI, and digital transformation. This role will shape the technology roadmap, lead global engineering teams, and deliver high-impact tools that improve both employee and client experiences.

• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams (in-house, offshore, and partners)
• Define and execute a technology strategy focused on AI, automation, and digitization
• Oversee delivery of web and native applications from architecture through deployment
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development and workflow automation
• Collaborate with product, UX, IT, and infrastructure teams globally
• Ensure solutions meet high standards for security, performance, and reliability
• Manage budgets, resources, and delivery timelines

• Senior engineering leadership experience across web and native applications
• Strong background in modern software architecture, cloud platforms, and Dev Ops
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM integrations, and automation platforms
• Experience leading distributed and offshore teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills
