Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support the adoption, maturity, and scaling of Agile and Dev Ops practices across global IT teams. This role partners with product owners, scrum masters, program managers, and delivery teams to enable high‑performing, value‑driven agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the transformation from traditional waterfall to Agile methodologies
- Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and best practices
- Support Scrum, Corps, Lean, Nexus, LeSS, and SAFe frameworks
- Partner with PMO and program leadership on Agile planning, execution, and reporting
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver Agile training sessions and workshops for teams and new hires
- Design and run ad‑hoc training using Agile games, liberating structures, and interactive techniques
- Promote Dev Ops culture and collaboration between development and operations teams
This position reports hierarchically to local management and functionally to the Agile Team Leader.
Required Qualifications- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Hands‑on Dev Ops experience
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (LeSS, Nexus, SAFe)
- Knowledge of Lean, XP, DAD, or similar Agile methodologies
- Minimum 2 years of Agile coaching experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- At least one recognized Agile certification
- 10 years of experience working on IT projects
- Experience supporting large, complex, and offshore delivery teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in the shipping or transportation industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops
- Knowledge of design patterns
- Experience with TDD, BDD, and automated testing practices Core Competencies – Coaching and mentoring
