Strategic Procurement Manager – IT & Technology

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects across IT categories (hardware, software, SaaS, telecom, cybersecurity, managed services).
• Manage RFPs/RFIs, supplier evaluations, and high-value contract negotiations.
• Draft and negotiate IT contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, amendments) with limited legal support.
• Provide strategic sourcing advice to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Analyze cost models, develop negotiation strategies, and deliver cost savings while ensuring scalability and service quality.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance and performance accountability.
• Stay current on technology market trends, regulatory shifts, and innovations to inform sourcing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of IT sourcing experience.
• Proven success leading multi-million-dollar sourcing projects with global vendors.
• Strong knowledge of technology supplier markets and trends.
• Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba, Jaggaer), Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Based in the NYC Metro Area, with the ability to work onsite in Jersey City several days per week.

This is a full-time position, based in Jersey City, NJ, with a salary range of $125,000 - $150,000. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
