• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a solution architect role.
• Strong experience in Azure cloud services and cloud‑native design patterns.
• Experience in the P&C insurance or reinsurance domain is required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to insurance/reinsurance workflows such as underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and risk modeling.
• Define architecture blueprints and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NAIC, GDPR, Solvency II).
• Leverage microservices and event‑driven architecture to support modular and extensible system design.
• Integrate with third‑party platforms such as policy administration systems, reinsurer portals, and regulatory data feeds.
• Architect cloud‑native applications using Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure SQL, and Azure Dev Ops.
• Define CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing strategies to ensure high availability and resilience.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using Azure AD, OAuth2, and role‑based access control (RBAC).
