Lead the evolution of our regulatory framework as we scale global crypto and brokerage operations. You will bridge the gap between cutting‑edge blockchain innovation and institutional‑grade compliance, serving as our primary liaison with agencies like the SEC, FINRA, and NYDFS.

• Strategic Oversight: Design and scale a governance framework that supports staking, stable coins, and emerging DeFi products while ensuring 100% audit readiness.
• Regulatory Diplomacy: Act as our lead ambassador to federal and state regulators, managing inquiries and navigating complex licensing (Bit License/Trust) requirements.
• Crypto Governance: Oversee asset classification, AML/KYC protocols, and real‑time on‑chain monitoring using tools like Chainalysis and Nota Bene.
• Risk Mitigation: Architect incident response plans for protocol exploits and lead enterprise‑wide training on crypto‑specific risks.
• Cross‑Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering and Product to embed compliance into wallet architecture and growth initiatives.

• Experience: 7+ years in broker‑dealer compliance with a deep focus on digital assets and staking models.
• Tech‑Fluent: Comfortable with blockchain analytics, private key management, and global frameworks like MiCA.
