We are seeking a skilled professional to support commercial success across specialty brands by transforming complex data into actionable insights. Our team drives performance and strategic decision‑making through advanced analytics and collaboration with key business units.
Responsibilities- Translate multifaceted analytics into clear, actionable insights and develop compelling, data‑driven narratives to inform strategic decisions.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to monitor brand and portfolio performance, continually enhancing visualizations as business needs evolve.
- Conduct deep‑drive analyses to support new brand launches and optimize existing brands, applying creative thinking to uncover insights and solve business challenges.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across portfolios, identify trends and opportunities, and coordinate with external analytics vendors for timely, high‑quality deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical data science, brand analytics, or commercial analytics, including at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proficiency with specialty pharmacy data and familiarity with major pharmaceutical data sources, such as IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, and claims data.
- Strong skills in data visualization and analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, or SAS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
