UX​/UI Designer

Title: UX/UI Designer
Location: Florham Park, NJ or Austin, TX
Duration: Fulltime with Incedo

• Solid skill set in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction design ideas resulting from project meetings
• Collaborating with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to define and implement customer‑centric solutions
• Promote and contribute to UX/UI best practices, processes, and methodologies
• Experience in problem‑solving and analytical techniques

• Accredited degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related work experience
• 2-4 years of experience with UX/UI design
• Interface and Experience Design
• Demonstrates a good grasp of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory
• Creates visually appealing designs, maintains, and manages digital brand consistency
• Good understanding of industry standards of design patterns
• Solid working experience with design and prototyping applications

• Experience in the Wealth Management industry
• Experience designing within an Agile software development organization
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (e.g., UI developers and Back‑end Engineering) within B2B, B2C, B2B2C or eCommerce
• Data visualization
• Understanding of Accessible Standards ADA, WCAG 2.1
