Technomax seeks a Senior Sailpoint Developer / Architect to develop new code, provide production support, and maintain a SailPoint IAM solution for a medium‑to‑large customer. The role requires close collaboration with local and remote team members.

• Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ code in UAT and production environments.
• Provide production support and maintenance for new SailPoint installations.
• Create and maintain documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
• Identify risks, develop recommendations, and address complex technical issues.
• Configure and customize identity provisioning and governance tools.
• Integrate with Web Services connectors for Identity
  
  IQ.
• Support Workday connector implementations (optional).
• Manage lifecycle events and provisioning within Identity
  
  IQ.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams under pressure during critical incidents.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders.

• 3–4 years of SailPoint experience, specifically SailPoint 7.x implementations.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts such as JML, RBAC, and provisioning.
• Proficient Java development skills, including advanced coding practices.
• Experience with JDBC applications and database systems (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Java web services connectors for Identity
  
  IQ.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
