• Collaborate with ZS internal teams and client teams to shape and implement high-quality technology solutions that address critical business problems.
• Develop a deep understanding of business problems and effectively translate them into technical designs.
• Collaborate on technology deep dives to evaluate architectures, frameworks, and emerging tools for optimized solution design.
• Lead modules and work streams within projects while participating in hands‑on implementation.
• Apply appropriate development methodologies and best practices to ensure exceptional client and project team experience.
• Support the project lead in project delivery, including project planning, people management, staffing, and risk mitigation.
• Manage a diverse team with various skill sets while providing mentorship and coaching to junior members.
• Lead task planning and distribution among team members for timely completion of projects with high-quality results.
• Support the project deliverables such as business case development, solution vision and design, user requirements, prototypes, technical architecture, test cases, deployment plans, and operations strategy.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field with academic excellence.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions.
• Ability to lead project teams, drive end‑to‑end activities, meet milestones, and provide mentorship/guidance for team growth.
• Strong understanding in RDBMS concepts, SQL, and programming languages such as Python, Spark.
• Hands‑on experience of structured data processing patterns, algorithms, data structures, and their practical applications in business intelligence, data engineering and technology projects.
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex business challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions by leveraging data‑driven insights.
• Deep understanding of cloud and data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting findings and technical details clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Aptitude for rapid learning and a proactive approach to adapting new technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Fluency in English.

• Foundational industry certifications with these platforms will be desired.
• Familiarity with modern data architecture like Medallion architecture, Lakehouse, data lake.

• Comfortable utilizing Gen AI‑powered productivity tools and understanding of their impact on project delivery and efficiency.
• Familiarity with web development fundamentals, front‑end frameworks, API & Web Services, business process engineering.
• Proficiency in working within a virtual global team environment, contributing to the timely delivery of multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to support deep technical analysis, architecture assessments, and tool evaluations to recommend optimal technology stacks.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites or other firm locations as needed.
