The Associate Director will serve as the enterprise Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Agentforce, driving the strategy, design, and enablement of data-driven customer experiences and deploying agentic AI across relevant and compliant use cases across Genmab's product portfolio. This role bridges data, AI/agentic capabilities, and omnichannel execution to unlock actionable insights, intelligent automation, and scalable personalization.

The Associate Director will report directly to the Director of Omnichannel Enablement and Operations, and will partner closely with Omnichannel Strategy, BIS, Data Science, IT, and Privacy teams to ensure a trusted, compliant, and high-performing data foundation, while enabling AI-powered agents that improve customer and employee experiences.
