Program Manager

Business Consultant - Program Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee and program- manage a large, strategic M&A initiative.
• Lead multiple cross-functional project teams to ensure end-to-end delivery across the M&A program.
• Manage SIT and UAT schedules across domains, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
• Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Monitor project performance, track changes, and address issues proactively.
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, and assumptions throughout the program lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain a structured communication plan and cadence for the program.
• Coordinate with diverse functional and business teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Manage resource onboarding, offboarding, and allocation across project teams.
• Prepare toll-gate schedules and deliver regular status updates.
• Lead M&A separation cutover activities and drive the overall communication strategy.

• 10+ years of experience in IT.
• 10+ years of program management and project execution experience.
• 5+ years of Scaled Agile experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing Customer and Commercial applications.
• 2+ years of experience managing large M&A programs.
• 3+ years of experience overseeing budgets and financials for large M&A initiatives.
• Strong domain expertise in Commerce, Pricing, Sales, and Service.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical/critical thinking skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
