A Program Manager with a good understanding of AI, and someone who has managed projects and is excellent people manager, with great communication skills and client facing demeanor.

We are scaling our Data, AI & Gen AI practice and are looking for a Senior Program Manager who is well versed with AI.

We’re looking for a self-driven AI Program Manager who can work at the intersection of strategy, client engagement, and execution, especially across Banking, Pharma, and Life Sciences clients.

• Partner with global clients in delivering AI Business Value along with a robust team of AI Strategists, Architects, AI Engineers and a PMO.
• Engage in Pre sales cycles, prepare proposals, lead the execution of large projects and handle stakeholders while managing a large team (Big four, GSI experience desired)
• Understand Quantum AI Solutions that include AI, Cloud, Security, Regulations, Architecture and Data Platforms
• Lead and grow high-performing teams in a global delivery model in onsite and offshore
• Own delivery outcomes and project P&L
• Stay hands-on enough to guide teams and understand various program delivery milestones and tasks (may include high level knowledge of SQL, Python, AI/ML, GenAI)

• 10–15 years of IT / Digital transformation experience
• Strong client-facing background (Preferred - Banking / Pharma / Life Sciences)
• Deep understanding of Cloud, Data, Security, AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI. Certification a plus.
• Experience managing teams, delivery, and financials
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
