Broughton Group is seeking a Lead Deskside Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support in Princeton, New Jersey. This full-time role requires 3-4 days on site.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in deskside support, strong Windows and macOS knowledge, and experience with ITSM tools. They will mentor less experienced staff while managing technical incidents and delivering high-quality support for VIPs.
