Senior Manager, Product Lead
The Senior Manager, Product Lead is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of digital products and platforms. This role partners closely with business, technology, design, data, and operations leaders to deliver high‑impact, customer‑centric solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

- 8+ years of experience providing solutions for business, developing and implementing products across global platforms, with 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences.
- Working knowledge of key processes within the relevant business area and various regulations governing the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated solid presentation skills with the ability to influence and drive action and to effectively interface with senior level functional area colleagues.
- Demonstrated solid interpersonal skills and emotional quotient focused on issues and problem management.
- Experience working with offshore based technical teams.
- Functional and technical understanding of products within one’s domain.
- Experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies, Project Management, IT SDLC and Dev Ops framework.
- Experience in Operational Excellence – continuous improvement, project and/or technical management.
- Hands‑on experience applying architectural principles, methods, and tools to business challenges.
- Up to 10% travel required based on business needs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or adjacent fields.
- Advanced degree in sciences, business administration, or pharmaceuticals is optimal.
