Senior Manager, IT Mergers & Acquisitions – Integra Life Sciences is looking for an experienced professional to lead cross‑functional teams through technology due diligence and post‑merger integration for life science companies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the technical work streams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures focused on IT due diligence.
- Orchestrate the transition from due diligence to post‑merger integration, ensuring IT infrastructure, networks, emails, applications, and data from both entities are unified without disrupting validated environments or clinical operations.
- Develop Day1 readiness plans and long‑term “end state” roadmaps; create detailed workplans for Active Directory migrations, ERP consolidations and cloud integrations.
- Define and manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) to ensure business continuity while the acquired entity is decoupled from its parent company.
- Ensure all IT integration activities comply with GxP, HIPAA/GDPR and 21
CFR Part
11; oversee re‑validation of systems in the newly merged environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (master’s degree desirable).
- Minimum 10years’ experience in life sciences, pharma, Med Tech or biotech industries; 5+ years leading process improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in digital strategy and transformation.
- 3+ years supporting business development, integrations, and post‑integration processes.
- Familiarity with integrating QMS, PLM, and CRM systems.
- Preferred certifications:
Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, ITIL, Business Analyst training, Green or Black Belt. - Executive presentation skills and experience in a Med Tech quality and regulatory environment.
Location:
Princeton, NJ (hybrid schedule – in‑office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays; remote Mondays and Fridays).
Salary range: $125,350–$172,500
USD. Base pay may be complemented by bonus, commission and equity.
