Power Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to improve operational efficiency and enable data‑driven decision‑making.

• Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven).
• Build and optimize Power Automate workflows.
• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards, focusing on usability, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and optimize Power BI semantic models and dataflows (DAX, data modeling, relationships, measures, calculated columns).
• Use Power Query to ingest, transform, and shape data.
• Assist with Power Platform environment, solution, and data policy management; support ALM and deployment pipelines.
• Configure, manage, and optimize Power BI and Power Platform data gateways for secure hybrid connectivity.
• Leverage AI Builder and Copilot for intelligent automation and user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Create documentation, training materials, and user guides; stay current on Power Platform updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Knowledge of Power Platform architecture, environment strategy, Dataverse, and Azure integration.
• Familiarity with ALM and deployment pipelines.
• Strong Power BI development skills (DAX, semantic models, dataflows, workspace configuration).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI gateway support in hybrid environments.
• Experience with AI Builder and Copilot.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and independent work skills.

• Exposure to Power Pages and Microsoft Fabric.
• Certifications:
  
  PL‑100, PL‑200, PL‑400, PL‑300.
