- The application is vendor supported but will need to create new processes, handle testing and configuring
- Doesn't need a BA - not responsible for gathering requirements / facing business
- Focus on candidates with experience configuring enhancements in a PPM tool, not just daily maintenance of system
Role Focus
Experienced administrator owning platform configuration, process enablement, and stakeholder partnership, with growing influence on PMO effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently administer, configure, and optimize One Plan to support portfolio, project, and resource management
- Partner with PMO leadership to align the platform with governance, intake, and prioritization processes
- Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and Excel-based analytics for leadership and finance
- Proactively identify data quality issues, adoption gaps, and process improvement opportunities
- Lead onboarding, training sessions, and user enablement efforts
- Serve as primary contact for vendor support, upgrades, and enhancements
- Create and own platform documentation, standards, and best practices
- Support cross-tool integrations or downstream reporting (where applicable)
- 2+ years of One Plan or enterprise PPM platform administration experience
- Strong working knowledge of project, portfolio, and resource management practices
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots, data modeling)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready messaging
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting PMO or enterprise IT governance models
