Project Coordinator, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems. Facilitating project stage gates. Tracking of actions, risks and issues. Tracking against CPS or work plan. Management of deliverable (completion and retention). Guide client Programs / Projects to success by supporting Program / Project objectives and optimizing team resources. Overall program planning and status tracking. Help develop Project Plan - assign to resources and track to completion.

Monitor/document risks and issues. Manage Program Changes (Scope/Action Plan, Budget). Ensure quality is validated prior to delivery. Ensure on-time completion of project. Establish Program Communication Plan and Message Track. Provide regular project updates. Schedule, distribute agenda, and conduct team meetings (Kick-off, Status Update, ad hoc). Manage collaborative medium (SharePoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members.
