SAP Success Factors Payroll Project Manager

Location:

Princeton, NJ (remote can be considered)

Duration: 12 months+ with extension

Hourly Rate:
Depending on Experience (DOE)

Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of proven project management experience focusing on end-to-end projects, especially in HRIS or cloud-based software implementations.
  • Minimum 8+ years experience with SAP HR or Payroll systems, preferably Success Factors EC Payroll.
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) are preferred.
  • Experience managing large-scale HRIS implementations in a global enterprise environment.
  • Insurance industry experience is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Azure Dev Ops for project tracking and management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Success Factors modules, especially Employee Central and EC Payroll.
  • Ability to integrate Success Factors with other HRIS or company systems within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Experience developing and executing data migration strategies, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to engage HR leaders, executives, and technical teams.
  • Change management capabilities to drive user adoption of new systems.
  • Adaptability to evolving project requirements and challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to achieve project goals.
  • Define project scope, establish clear goals and deliverables, and manage project risks effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain adherence to quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, aligning expectations and resolving conflicts.
  • Drive user adoption of new systems and processes by applying change management principles.
Additional Requirements
  • Preferably located in or willing to relocate to Princeton, NJ for collaboration with project members.
  • Insurance industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
