IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
SAP Success Factors Payroll Project Manager
Location:
Princeton, NJ (remote can be considered)
Duration: 12 months+ with extension
Hourly Rate:
Depending on Experience (DOE)
- Minimum 8+ years of proven project management experience focusing on end-to-end projects, especially in HRIS or cloud-based software implementations.
- Minimum 8+ years experience with SAP HR or Payroll systems, preferably Success Factors EC Payroll.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) are preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale HRIS implementations in a global enterprise environment.
- Insurance industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Azure Dev Ops for project tracking and management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Success Factors modules, especially Employee Central and EC Payroll.
- Ability to integrate Success Factors with other HRIS or company systems within the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience developing and executing data migration strategies, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to engage HR leaders, executives, and technical teams.
- Change management capabilities to drive user adoption of new systems.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and challenges.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to achieve project goals.
- Define project scope, establish clear goals and deliverables, and manage project risks effectively.
- Monitor project progress and maintain adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, aligning expectations and resolving conflicts.
- Drive user adoption of new systems and processes by applying change management principles.
- Preferably located in or willing to relocate to Princeton, NJ for collaboration with project members.
- Insurance industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
