• Proven Expertise
  : 10+ years in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or leadership roles in life sciences consulting, with deep expertise in R&D analytics, strategy, and/or data science.
• Leadership Prowess
  : 5+ years leading teams in a professional services environment, with a track record of building high-impact practices.
• Business Development Acumen
  :
  Demonstrated success in forging executive-level client relationships and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
• Deep Functional Expertise
  :
  Fluency in the intricacies of AI/ML models, generative AI, agentic workflows, and their practical application to pharmaceutical challenges (e.g., target identification, patient stratification, marketing mix modeling, etc.).
