The primary focus of this role is the delivery of the Veeva Quality Vault portfolio and operational sprints. A secondary focus will be developing and implementing AI solutions that support and automate Global Quality processes. This includes partnering with BI&T AI and data enablement and Analytics teams on high‑value use cases, to architect and drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle from proof of concept through deployment.

The position is responsible for the technical delivery of assigned projects/sprints supporting Quality Vault in collaboration with the Technology Owners for Veeva Validation Manager, Veeva Quality Docs, and Veeva Quality Management System (QMS). The role will be responsible for executing technology solutions and deployments related to the Veeva Quality Vault capabilities that include the Veeva Quality Docs, Veeva Digital Validation Module, and Veeva Quality Management System (QMS).

Key responsibilities include understanding technology architecture, executing technology projects, end‑to‑end implementation, and deployment activities across Quality Vault technology‑related initiatives. The position requires strong technical skills, empowerment, and simplification skills to support organizational transformation and deliver impactful results.

• Accountable for end‑to‑end managing technology assets, ensuring they are reliable, accessible, and secure
• Design and optimize prompts for LLMs, develop Python and Java‑based AI‑powered applications, integrate and fine‑tune large language models, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, responsible, and enterprise‑grade GenAI solutions
• Lead technical activities such as build, test, deployment activities including but not limited to security assessments, regulatory risk assessments, and incident response
• Manage the build, run of technology assets, and ensure timely delivery of releases (Veeva Vault General Releases, Operational Releases, and Project Releases)
• Partner with IT Business Partners and Business Subject Matter Experts to define, plan for, prioritize, deliver, and support systems and ensure maximum value is achieved
• Understand, prioritize, and communicate IT needs to our business colleagues and stakeholders
• Design technical solutions to satisfy business requirements
• Fulfill all approved, technology asset‑specific business needs
• Obtain/maintain a Veeva Associate Administrator Level certification

• 3‑5 years of experience in a discipline related to Global Quality processes, with university degree in relevant field
• Proven ability to troubleshoot routine problems and make decisions on projects/work handled
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to coordinate actions with stakeholders
• Clear and concise presentation of complex information across all levels
• Experience in decision making, bringing ideas to achieve team objectives, and supporting continuous learning
• Analytical thinking to evaluate complex issues and consider short‑ and long‑term implications, guiding others with recommendations
• Calculated risk‑taking to evaluate innovative solutions
