Service Now Business Analyst
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?):
Princeton, NJ (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Skills and experience for the role
Must Have
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the Service Now platform
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL practices
- Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in higher education
- Service Now certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS)
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Service Now Agile Development
