About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Business Analyst to support a critical initiative. This is an urgent contract opportunity ideal for candidates with strong Service Now expertise and a solid background in business and functional analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Support Agile/Scrum processes across the software development lifecycle
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with business needs
- Contribute documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and related materials
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
