Position OverviewThe Process Automation Intern will support the Product Management team by assisting with development of a request intake, assessment, management and reporting system using Microsoft Sharepoint and related Microsoft tools. This role is designed to provide hands‑on experience in configuration of business workflows in Microsoft tools, particularly for product management processes. You will work closely with a designated mentor to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real‑world execution.
Key Responsibilities- Sharepoint Configuration/Development: Using the Microsoft tools Sharepoint, Power Automate, Planner and PowerBI, configure tools to support the product management request intake process and associated workflows including assessment, prioritization and stakeholder visibility.
- Content & Documentation: Create how‑to documentation enabling team members to understand what has been configured and to maintain it going forward.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide stats reporting and provide support to other projects as needed.
- Use Systech’s real‑world requirements and scenarios to develop your skills with Microsoft Sharepoint, Power Automate, Planner and PowerBI.
- Develop essential professional skills including collaboration, business communication, and project management.

- Academic Status: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Power Automate, Planner and PowerBI. - Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, close attention to detail, and a high desire to learn.
- Self‑Motivation: Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
