Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Payroll, Journeys, HR Help Desk, Security, Reporting, Analytics, and integrations.
Conduct executive fit-gap discussions and guide decisions on standard cloud adoption, process harmonization, localization, extensions, integrations, data strategy, security, reporting, and governance.
Develop boardroom-ready transformation roadmaps, business cases, value realization frameworks, investment options, implementation phasing, risk assessments, and decision papers.
Provide strategic advisory oversight during implementation, ensuring solution design, scope, governance, delivery approach, change management, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization remain aligned to business outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex design decisions, stakeholder alignment issues, transformation risks, and executive governance forums.
Support pre-sales and solutioning by leading client discovery, shaping transformation narratives, contributing to RFP / RFI responses, executive presentations, oral defences, solution strategy, and delivery approach.
Advise clients on post-go-live optimization, quarterly release adoption, continuous improvement, HR analytics maturity, automation opportunities, and long-term HR technology roadmap.
