Job Description About the Role
Our team has the privilege of delivering impactful experiences by helping customers access trusted news and business information from Dow Jones marquee brands. The role is collaborative and focuses on delivering excellence during every customer interaction. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Identity & Access and is based in our New Jersey office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise related to SSO, SAML, and other authentication protocols during pre‑sales activities and client meetings.
- Work closely with Sales to migrate PIB customers off legacy authentication schemes such as Group Account, aiming to sun setting outdated solutions.
- Act as project manager/coordinator and key point of contact for all SAML implementations and migrations.
- Serve as key contact for customer integrations for Dow Jones products.
- Collaborate with Account Development Executives to deliver technical input in all customer relationship activities related to SAML‑SSO.
- Partner with Product, Technology, and Engineering to maintain expertise across all solution offerings and ensure the latest capabilities are reviewed with the account team.
- Leverage CRM system to monitor and increase active users and login success.
- Maintain records of all customer interactions, opportunities, and projects in the CRM system.
- Act as SME and escalation point for SAML‑SSO implementations across PIB and Consumer products.
- Contribute to development and continuous improvement of internal support documentation and training materials for 1st & 2nd level support teams.
- Create and maintain enterprise profiles for SAML‑SSO customers to aid 1st & 2nd level support, minimizing escalations and improving first‑call resolution.
- Provide guidance to Product for future technology adoption based on customer feedback.
- Ensure overall deliverables meet business needs.
- Develop project documentation, define requirements, create project plans, lead meetings, document minutes and action items, and follow up until completion.
- Exceptional communication skills, including gathering information, active listening, and conveying ideas effectively to technical and non‑technical users and stakeholders at all levels.

- Knowledge of networking or communication protocols including HTTP, HTML, XML, and other common protocols.
- High‑level understanding of troubleshooting network connectivity issues related to customer network infrastructure (IP‑based).
- Advanced analytical skills to evaluate issues, make timely decisions benefiting both customer and business.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Experience with Okta, Ping Federate, or Microsoft Azure (preferred).
- Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management technologies (preferred).
- Strong understanding of SAML/SSO processes or related work experience in identity and access management (preferred).
- Two or more years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role (preferred).

Base Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000
Bonus‑eligible roles:
Targets are determined based on market benchmarks and individual contributions.
