Overview
Job Title:
Global Cybersecurity IAM Analyst
Hybrid work: 3 days a week on-site at any UL Office in the US. Reports to the Global Cybersecurity IAM Director.
Responsibilities- Assist in administering identity solutions, IAM applications, and tools such as Active Directory, Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration, and other identity applications.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the enforcement of IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead application onboarding work streams to onboard access management processes for target applications as part of the Identity Governance and Administration program.
- Participate in audits, access management process reviews, and assist in identifying control deficiencies, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Assist with the development and tracking of IAM metrics, KPIs, and reports to help measure progress and communicate performance to management.
- Support IAM tools and technologies, recommending enhancements or improvements based on organizational needs.
- Collaborate with the IAM team to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions.
- Assist in the administration of user accounts, groups, and access privileges within the IAM system.
- Help resolve day-to-day IAM operational issues and escalations, ensuring timely problem resolution.
- Support the seamless integration of IAM solutions into the overall infrastructure.
- Participate in IAM‑related projects, contributing to tasks such as resource coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
- Keep updated with IAM trends, tools, and technologies to improve the organization's security posture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related security discipline.
- Experience with IAM tools like Microsoft Azure AD, Saviynt, SailPoint, or Okta.
- Knowledge of IAM-related regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM certifications are a plus.
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $98,000, with an annual bonus target of 10% of base salary.
