Job Title: TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT L2

Network Technical Operations Manager – NYC, NY

• Lead the daily operations of our enterprise network infrastructure and manage a cross-tier (L1, L2, L3) team, ensuring high network availability, streamlined incident and change management, and operational excellence.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and optimize 24x7 network operations across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Manage incident response, major outages, and post‑incident reviews (RCA).
• Oversee L1, L2, L3 team performance, development, and shift planning.

• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, etc.).
• 12+ years in network operations or engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑grade switches, routers, firewalls, CDN, DDOS, VPN, and load balancers (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, F5, Zscaler, Akamai).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Selector AI, Splunk).
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid network environments.
• Understanding of network security, segmentation, and compliance requirements.

CCNP/CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, ITIL v4

Expected salary range: $80,000 to $158,000, dependent on location, skills, and experience. Eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
