Veeva CRM Admin/Developer – Field Enablement
This position is for a Veeva CRM administrator & development specialist who has strong hands‑on technical administration, UIX & development experience in Veeva CRM.
Position Responsibilities- Hands‑on technical administration and development in Service or Sales Cloud, covering security models, profiles, objects, pages, Veeva My Insights, components, workflows, triggers, flows, permission sets, reports/dashboards, and data loader.
- Quickly learn new technologies, self‑contribute, and lead initiatives.
- Adopt AI into daily work and engineer continuous development of AI‑based solutions.
- Build and leverage reusable code and libraries for global harmonization and future reuse/extension.
- Partner with testing teams to ensure applications/components are fully functional.
- Review, track, and fix defects or performance problems discovered during testing.
- Coordinate with all IT partners and instruments for best‑in‑class solution implementations.
- Work directly with multiple stakeholders and handle multiple tasks simultaneously from a technical perspective.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend best‑practice improvements to streamline and harmonize globally.
- Document knowledge base stories, SOPs, solutions, and guidelines for local and global teams.
- Maintain standard documentation such as SDD, configuration tracker, deployment checklists, change requests, testing, ITQM, SIS/SIP, and CI/CD processes.
- Follow best practices in every stage of SDLC and ensure consistent architecture practices across deliverables using IT operating model and EA frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with peers across different locations worldwide.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any technology field/subject.
- 3 years of total IT experience in software development, administration, and support.
- 2 years of hands‑on experience in Veeva/Vault CRM with configuration and minor customization, covering security models, profiles, objects, pages, UIX design, components, workflows, triggers, flows, SSO, permission sets, reports/dashboards, data loader, and any out‑of‑the‑box integrations.
- 2 years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (including Agile), testing standards and guidelines, and cloud/native applications.
- 1 year of experience implementing or working with Veeva My Insights or equivalent UIX wireframes.
- At least 1 active certification in any CRM application.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Experience in Veeva CRM configuration and customization covering key functionality such as account management, affiliations, product metrics, sampling, approved email, engage capabilities, product management, user & territory management, media content, call/E‑MIRF recording, suggestions, surveys, and iRep configurations.
- Prior experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industry.
- Experience in developing AI‑based solutions.
- Veeva/Vault CRM certification or specialized knowledge.
- Experience using industry‑standard Agile tooling suites (e.g., Jira) and participating in requirement grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, task creation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with a broad matrix team and influence others to achieve results.
