Wonder Botz is seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our growing team in Princeton, NJ. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 1-2 years of experience who have strong technical fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for learning emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming fundamentals and analytical skill
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, AI, and Machine Learning concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skill
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Willingness to work onsite in Princeton, NJ

• 1-2 years of experience in the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) industry is a plus
• Exposure to automation technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Experience working on automation, AI, or digital transformation projects

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing automation and AI solutions
• Work with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements
• Develop and support solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, and automation technologies
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
