Associate Director, Senior Solution Delivery Partner

Core Responsibilities

• Solution Identification
  :
  Leverage the IT strategy and roadmap to identify technology opportunities that address process pain points, enable leading practices, and build business cases for implementation initiatives. Own and create business‑aligned documents and implementation plans.
• Business Analysis
  :
  Prepare, lead, and document requirement gathering efforts; decompose abstract and complex details into clear business and functional requirements; develop business cases with defined solution recommendations; evaluate and qualify opportunities; and define measurable business outcomes.
• Project Management
  :
  Lead and manage projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; identify risks; provide progress updates and support stakeholder communications; coordinate cross‑functional teams; and manage UAT and defect resolution.
• Solution Delivery
  :
  Work with technical and testing teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Project Documentation
  :
  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, system documentation, and post‑implementation reviews.
• Subject Matter Resource
  :
  Provide techno‑functional expertise to evaluate business process improvements and support decisions across three or more functional areas.
• Process Expertise
  :
  Possess deep knowledge of business processes and IT capabilities to ensure optimal solution decisions that align technology with business priorities.
• IT Connector
  :
  Identify appropriate internal IT products/services and drive business partners toward standard platform solutions.
• Vendor Management
  :
  Lead vendor evaluation, selection, and relationship management throughout project execution, including contract creation, finance management, and performance oversight.

• 10+ years of overall experience; minimum 5 years of hands‑on technical experience with at least two pharmaceutical sales & marketing technologies such as Veeva or Salesforce CRM, Field Reporting and Commercial Analytics (e.g., Power BI), databases and integration, and digital/omnichannel platforms.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial domain experience supporting pharmaceutical sales & marketing, market access, or commercial operations, including field force solutions, marketing solutions, and market access initiatives.
• Experience with globally distributed teams, especially in Japan, EU, and India.
• Strong business analysis skills in process design, documentation, and critical thinking.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Preferred:
  Experience with emerging AI solutions for commercial teams, Agile methodologies such as SAFe, demand backlog management tools (Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, ), data or solution architecture, and pharmaceutical product launch technology roles.
• Up to 20% travel may be required.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree in sciences, business administration, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.

$ – $ USD per year, plus incentive opportunity.
