Position Summary

This role serves as a Senior Specialist within the Content & Digital Experience Capabilities team, bringing deep expertise in Web-based Product Builds, Web Content Management & Analytics leveraging emerging AI/ML technologies to power modern, scalable digital experiences. The individual will operate in a product-centric, agile environment, owning capabilities end-to-end from design through development & deployment and ongoing/continuous optimization & improvement. This role plays a critical part in shaping and delivering enterprise digital experience solutions, supporting global marketing objectives, and enhancing customer and patient engagement across channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Web-based digital experience platform/products.
  • Design and deliver headless, API-first solutions to enable omnichannel experiences.
  • Integrate AI/ML-driven capabilities, including content personalization, intelligent search and recommendations, automated content generation, tagging, and metadata enrichment.
  • Partner with product managers to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
  • Own features end-to-end, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with data and AI teams to operationalize ML models within AEM workflows.
  • Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, security, and authoring experience.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops best practices.
  • Provide strategic input into the product roadmap, identifying high-value and differentiating capabilities.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, platform, delivery, analytics) to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product knowledge base, including documentation, training, roadmaps, and feature inventories.
  • Support product launches, experimentation, and testing initiatives.
  • Prototype and validate concepts using AI-powered tools to accelerate innovation.
  • Track and report on product performance, adoption of metrics, and business impact.
  • Drive product adoption through effective operating models, change management, and user enablement.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of software development experience in an agile environment.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with the AEM stack (Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR) and frontend technologies (HTL/Sightly, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Product mindset with a strong focus on user experience and business impact.
  • At least 1 year of experience contributing to product planning or product management.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Desired Experience
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud Capabilities (e.g., AEM, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience in digital marketing or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience planning and delivering enterprise product capabilities with measurable KPIs.
  • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and support building business cases for new investments.
  • Basic knowledge of CDN, DNS, and Web Application Firewall concepts.
  • Experience with AI-powered content generation, summarization, and smart tagging in digital asset management (AEM Assets).
  • Experience building chatbots or conversational interfaces integrated with AEM.
  • Proficiency with headless CMS and GraphQL in AEM and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with Dev Ops tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with NLP, recommendation systems, and personalization algorithms.
  • Experience with vector databases and semantic search (preferred).
Compensation Overview

Princeton – NJ – US $78,200 – $94,760
