Objective:
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in automated testing for web applications. The primary focus of this role is ensuring the quality and reliability of modern web-based systems. Experience with SharePoint applications is a plus but will be a small portion of the overall testing scope. The position also involves validating data at the database level using SQL, creating user-facing tutorial materials, and providing customer support when needed.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Essential Job Functions- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for web-based systems.
- Validate UI/UX behavior, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness.
- Verify application data and business logic by executing SQL queries against databases.
- Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA input throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform basic testing of SharePoint-based applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Validate functionality, permissions, and user access scenarios as required.
- Create clear and engaging tutorial videos demonstrating application features and workflows.
- Develop and maintain help files, user guides, and FAQs.
- Support release documentation and user onboarding materials.
- Handle customer support calls related to application issues, defects, and usage questions.
- Troubleshoot reported issues and assist users with resolutions or escalations.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve quality and user experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Basic scripting or programming skills.
- Experience with SharePoint Online (limited scope).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cloud).
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate issues in a clear and understandable manner. Strong writing/proofreading, organizational, communication and research skills, solid work ethic and ability to produce high quality work under deadline pressures. Healthcare industry, contract, and data privacy experience preferred.
Base Salary Range$90,000 - $105,000
