AWS Gov Cloud Architect (Gov Cloud & FedRAMP)

Location:

Princeton, NJ (Hybrid)

Experience:

8–12+ years (5+ years AWS, 2+ years Gov Cloud/FedRAMP)

• Design and deploy secure, scalable AWS solutions across Gov Cloud and Commercial environments.
• Manage AWS networking: VPC, Transit Gateway, Private Link, Route 53, hybrid DNS.
• Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Cloud Formation and automate CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement FedRAMP/NIST 800-53 controls, IAM, encryption, and support ATO processes.
• Work with EKS/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, and microservices architectures.
• Drive monitoring, reliability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.

• Strong AWS expertise: VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53 Resolver, Private Link.
• Advanced Terraform for multi-account AWS environments.
• Hands-on experience with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and ATO compliance.
• CI/CD, automation, scripting (Python, Shell).
• Containers (EKS/ECS), Serverless (Lambda), Security (KMS, Guard Duty, Config).

• AWS Solutions Architect – Professional
• AWS Security Specialty
• CISSP or CCSP

• AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS)
• Terraform, Cloud Formation, Git Hub Actions/Git Lab CI, Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Security Hub, Guard Duty
