The Cloud & Compute SRE Lead acts as the Governance and Operational Manager for our Business-As-Usual (BAU) Operations Team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-velocity engineering and disciplined operational excellence.

Job Description

Experience

" 7+ years in Infrastructure, Dev Ops, or Site Reliability Engineering.

" 3+ years in a leadership, team lead, or operational management role.

" Proven track record managing large-scale public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

" Technical Certifications in Cloud & Compute Technologies

Skills

" Infrastructure as Code:
Deep expertise in Terraform, Open Tofu, cloud-native policies, or Ansible.

" Containerization & Orchestration:
Strong understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) and compute runtimes.

" Observability Tools:
Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).

" CI/CD Pipelines:
Familiarity with Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Jenkins.

" Multi-Cloud Platform hands on experience/exposure on AWS Cloud, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure

" Relevant knowledge on Compute technologies to manage Windows, VMWare, Linux/Unix and Hardware
