Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Desktop Support / Technical Support Engineer to deliver onsite and field services across US sites. You will handle Windows 10/11, Office 365, imaging, and network tools while coordinating with multiple teams to resolve issues quickly.
The role requires 6–8 years in field/onsite support, strong troubleshooting, and experience with SCCM, Intune, OPK, PXE, DHCP, and OS deployments. You’ll drive efficient IT delivery and maintain hardware assets and processes.
