Experienced Salesforce Solution Architect responsible for driving pre-sales engagements, understanding client business needs, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, supporting RFP/RFI responses, and collaborating with sales teams to win new business. Open to travel to client site for in person meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client discovery workshops and requirement gathering.
- Design Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce and Industry clouds
- Prepare solution proposals, estimates, and architecture diagrams.
- Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and customer presentations.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and executive-level discussions.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice teams for successful deal closure.
- 12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform and cloud solutions.
- Experience in solutioning, estimation, proposal development, and client consulting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Win Rate (%) – Percentage of opportunities won.
- Revenue Influenced ($) – Total deal value supported through solutioning.
- Solutioning Turnaround Time – Timely submission of proposals and estimates.
- Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) from pre-sales engagements.
- Number of Qualified Opportunities Supported
- Architecture Quality & Compliance – Minimal solution review escalations.
- Pipeline Contribution and deal conversion rate.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
