Senior Manager– Analytical AI in Clinical Development Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines to optimize clinical study design and execution.
• Automate workflows to process/analyze complex datasets (clinical trial protocols, real-world evidence, patient recruitment data).
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and robustness for real-time decision support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, medical, development, biostatistics) to co-develop AI solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Translate technical insights/model results into actionable clinical operations strategies.
• Oversee AI product lifecycle (ideation → development → deployment → monitoring) with project plans aligned to clinical timelines; conduct post-deployment impact analysis.
• Continuously integrate AI advancements (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics) into clinical trial workflows.

• Education:
  
  BA/BS in quantitative field; MS/MBA/Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years hands-on ML pipeline development/deployment with measurable business impact.

• Statistical methods; supervised/unsupervised/RL with Tensor Flow/PyTorch/scikit-learn.
• Time series forecasting;
  Monte Carlo simulations.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• CI/CD + Git/Git Hub; MLOps; cloud (AWS/Azure); orchestration (Airflow/Dagster).
• Highly preferred: NLP + LLMs; RWD; plus bioinformatics/computational biology;
  Streamlit/Dash/Shiny.
• Communication/presentation; leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
