We are currently seeking a Product Implementation Project manager- S&P to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).
Product Implementation Project manager- S&PResponsibilities:
This role involves managing large product implementations that involve high degree of product development effort and customization.
- Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates and budget.
- Project management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills with a proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders/partners.
- Ability to engage competently with client at all levels of the organization.
- P&L responsibility for the project.
- Contribute as required to process improvements, pre-sales and team development initiatives within the team.
Basic Qualification required:
- Bachelor’s degree & 8+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to post trade automation business domain OR similar experience.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex IT transformation projects within the financial services industry.
- Good written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels
- Good business knowledge in post trade automation space
- Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills.
- Training or understanding of standard project management methodologies e.g. PMI.
* Must be in office at client in Princeton, NJ 2 days/week
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent influencer with proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
- Certification in project/program management (PMP OR equivalent)
- Flexible and adaptable to project needs and changing priorities. Strong inter-personal skills with practical, can-do approach.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage own time accordingly
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.
-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
