Technology Rotational Development Program (IT RDP) Associate (June 2027 cohort)
Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year full-time rotational program with three 8-month rotations across BI&T areas (e.g., R&D, Commercialization, Cybersecurity).
• Complete rotations customized to your interests with unique stretch assignments (based in central New Jersey offices).
• Lead one key program pillar (e.g., recruiting, communications & marketing, events, or onboarding).

• Graduation with an MBA, Master of Information Systems, or relevant Master program in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Minimum 3 years of technology/digital/healthcare (or other relevant industry) experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Strategic, energetic, and eager to learn; excellent written and verbal communication (incl. executive audiences).
• Ability to analyze complex situations, recommend and execute timely actions.
• Demonstrated leadership; takes ownership and coaches/mentors; urgency and agility; problem-solving and innovative solutions.
• Foundational IT concepts across infrastructure, applications, data, or cybersecurity; exposure to programming/scripting (preferred: Python/SQL/Java).
• Project management/analytics/business analysis/process improvement/change management/design thinking (as applicable).

• Starting pay range (Princeton, NJ): $103,700-$125,660 (plus possible discretionary incentives).
