** Job Description
** This  SME will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of  solutions, including configuration, integration, customization, and performance monitoring. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable workflows, dashboards, and automation that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.  Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Design, build, and optimize workflows, dashboards, automations, and integrations within
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all boards and workflows.
* Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
* Partner with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Serve as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and improvements.
* Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users to drive adoption.
* Implement integrations between  and other applications.
* Drive automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports for executive-level insights.
* Monitor KPIs and platform usage to identify optimization opportunities.
* Stay updated with new  features and capabilities.

Experience and Skills:

* 5+ years of IT experience required, with 4 years of hands-on experience with  in an advanced and administrative capacity.
* Proven experience designing workflows, dashboards, and automations on
* Strong understanding of technology trends and industry best practices that improve business processes and solution delivery effectiveness.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Experience with integrations using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities beyond , including other platforms, tools, or operational initiatives as required.
* Quickly learn and apply new technologies to support evolving business and digital transformation needs.
** Educational Qualifications
** Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; preferably, a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or adjacent fields. Advanced degree in in sciences, business administration, or pharmaceuticals is desirable.
