The Position
Wilson Elser's New Jersey office is currently seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing insurance coverage group.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage matters
- Draft coverage opinion and coverage position letters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigation
- Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
- Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and State of New York
- 5+ years coverage litigation experience in New York, New Jersey and beyond
- Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL, Excess, Professional Liability, D & O and property)
- Experience in both third-party and first-party claims
- Coverage analysis and writing experience.
- Superior analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Salary Range
$155,000 - $175,000 USD
