Leading law firm with a national practice is seeking a Professional Liability Attorney for their Princeton New Jersey office to assist in defending claims, lawsuits, and administrative complaints against professionals which include real estate brokers, lawyers, insurance brokers, accountants, engineers, appraisers, and architects.
Qualifications- Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey
- 3+ years of experience in either Professional Liability, Commercial Litigation, Labor & Employment Litigation or Business Litigation preferred
- Deposition and trial preparation experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Independently manage or support caseload from inception through dispositive motion, mediation, negotiated resolution, or trial
- Communicate with clients
Base Salary Range 125k-175k + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + Hybrid
