Litigation Attorney

Our client a top NJ law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Commercial Litigation practice, with a concentration in construction litigation to work in their Madison, NJ office. Ideal candidate will have at least 4-8 years of commercial litigation experience with a concentration in construction litigation matters.

Candidate must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $185,000.

• 4–8 years of commercial litigation experience, with demonstrated experience in construction litigation
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required
• Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar is a plus
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys and staff

The anticipated salary range for this role is $150,000 – $185,000, depending on the position and level of experience. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, and any certifications or professional licenses held.
