Associate Attorney

Job Description

Maselli, Mills & Fornal, P.C. is currently seeking an associate with an attorney experienced in commercial civil litigation and business transactions. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in civil litigation and business transactions representing businesses, organizations, banks and lenders.

Duties will include drafting pleadings and conducting legal research, engaging in written discovery, representing clients in depositions and motion hearings, and serving as second chair at trials.

Admission in New Jersey is required; an additional admission in Pennsylvania and a judicial clerkship are preferred.
