Job Title:

Condition Monitoring Analyst

Shift: 1st Starting Compensation Range: $24.01 - $30.18 per hour

The Condition Monitoring Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting aggregated condition monitoring machine data to facilitate early and accurate detection of changes in equipment health, performance, operation, and application. The individual in this position also provides cost savings to the customer by making repair and operational recommendations to improve machine availability and productivity; and partnering with the Product Support Representative and Customer Equipment Manager to actively make rebuild and repair recommendations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Must be able to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software

Seeking Candidates with:
  • Parts and heavy equipment technical service knowledge
  • College or Vocational degree, a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to sit and talk or hear
  • Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
