Kardigan is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Global Procurement to shape and execute a scalable procurement function in a rapidly growing biotech environment. Location is Princeton, NJ, onsite four days a week, with close collaboration across Finance, Legal, R&D, Clinical Development, and Operations.
The ideal candidate will lead sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement operations while leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and governance.
