The Gloucester Marine Terminal is operated by Gloucester Terminals LLC and offers stevedoring and break bulk services. The terminal, located in the Port of Philadelphia has direct access to highways as well as three rail lines that transit across the United States and Canada, providing unrivaled turnaround times for our partners.

Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $23/hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment, ensures daily and weekly goals are met, and helps maintain smooth warehouse operations, including truck replenishment and staff coordination.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise warehouse personnel in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices.
• Manage inventory through counts, audits, and proper organization of warehouse products.
• Coordinate with shipping personnel, drivers, and customers to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to streamline warehouse operations.
• Provide daily updates to the Warehouse Manager regarding operational performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and all safety procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Identify damaged goods or packaging and ensure proper handling or repackaging.
• Assist in lifting and moving items weighing 50+ pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is a plus.
• Experience with container cargo and yard truck operations.
• Conducting pre-shift inspections on warehouse vehicles and equipment.
